Gift Certificates
- Certificates are valid for one year from purchase.
- Full balance can be gifted, partial balances cannot be transfered.
- All sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE
- Not valid for custom jewelry orders.
- May be split between piercing and tattoo on a single transaction/client.
- No cash value, may only be used on tattoo & piercing services. Jewelry restrictions apply. Ask piercer for more details.
- Cannot be stacked or rolled over to another certificate.
- Cannot be applied to flash, event or convention specials.
- Cannot be used as a deposit.
Deposit
- All appointments require a deposit in order to secure a date and time.
- All deposits will go towards the final cost of your service and are NON REFUNDABLE.
- A design will not be started without a deposit in place.
- If less than 48 hours notice is given for cancellation or reschedule, the deposit WILL BE FORFEITED and a new deposit will be required in order to rebook an appointment.
- If more than 48 hours notice is given for a reschedule, the deposit will be rolled over to the next appointment.
- The deposit cannot be rolled over more than TWICE so please ensure the date and time work for you.
- There will be no refund for a complete cancelation regardless of amount of notice.
- NO SHOWS will also be counted as a forfeited deposit.
- Multiple NO SHOWS will result in a higher deposit or will be asked to look for another artist.

- If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, the appointment will be declared a NO SHOW.
- Please look at my portfolio and ensure my style is what you like, a deposit will not be refunded due to creative differences. I charge per piece. My prices are based on the time I spend designing each piece, the details, size of your tattoos and the time of your appointment.
- I make your designs based on what you’ve sent, that's why including as much details as possible is important.
- Any major design changes day of will effect the final price what we discussed and a reschedule and new deposit will be required.
- If you are booking a prepay in full flash piece, the full amount of the piece is considered a deposit and will fall under these same conditions.
- If the flash event is a limited time, a reschedule may not be possible and you will forfeit your deposit if the appointment is missed for any reason.
- Please understand that the design that I create for your appointment is my creative property until the appointment has been completed and paid in full.
- This means that you are not able to take my designs to another artist to have the work done for any reason without my written permission.
- We are a no tolerance zone for any sort of hate speech, please be considerate of your language while in our location for your appointment. If this is not respected and you are asked to leave, you will be forfeiting your deposit.
Cancellation & Reschedule
- Piercing Appointments require a debit/credit card for online booking.
- A full service fee will be charged to the card on file only if you no call/no show your appointment.
- Please notify us if you are running late, we can make space for up to 10 minute delay for most piercing services. If you show up more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without prior notice, your appointment will be forfeit.
- If you show up early and there is another scheduled piercing before yours, you will be asked to wait until your appointment time. If there is an earlier opening available, the piercer may allow your appointment to be moved forward at their discretion.
- You may cancel/reschedule piercing appointments within 2 hours of your appointment to avoid a fee, but if you don’t call, text or reach out thru social media; a full or partial fee may be applied and charged to the card on file.
- Walk Ins available only on Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday during open hours.
Touch-ups
- First touch up is free for all designs done in studio. Any touch up needed after will be a 75$ fee.
